FORD SEAHORSE DIVE & ACTIVITY SCHEDULE 2006

Type: B = Boat Dive, L = Land Dive, O = Social, T = Training

Sign Up Procedure:

In order to sign up for a BOAT dive, you will need to mail a deposit check in the amount of $20 to the Dive Chairperson (check payable to the Ford Seahorses). This deposit is nonrefundable. Full payment is due one week before the payment to the charter captain is due, or one month before the dive, whichever is longer. The chairperson of the dive will notify you when payment is due. You may transfer your charter reservations to another club member (from the waiting list first) by collecting any payments made from your replacement and notifying the Dive Chairperson. The Dive Chairperson will publish all information on the dive (location, costs, hotels) in the newsletter.
